Uva Oolong is a classic Oolong that is produced by plucking one leaf and a bud, which the leaves are then withered overnight. Subsequently, they are steamed in a traditional steamer and rolled in a ‘kulla’ basket. The tea has full-bodied floral, grassy-buttery and honey notes, with a hint of the wintergreen that Uva teas are renowned for.
